鎌倉山の ink gallery でクリスマスの食事会のお誘いです。
1部は海が見える明るい時間から夕暮れまでの劇的な移ろいの中で、2部は幻想的なキャンドルの灯の中で、ゆっくりと芳賀龍さんの料理を楽しんでいただけたらと思います。

YAECAが重ねてきた “日常の美” ——その精神に敬意を込めて。吉村順三さん、中村好文さんの系譜にある、あたたかく叙情的な建築。 ink gallery（鎌倉山）にて、1日限りの特別な食事会を開きます。
終盤には、この建築の大切な場である茶室へと移り、その静かな空気と余韻を体験していただきます。
冬の冷え込みが深まる頃かと思います。この素晴らしい場所で、皆さまと暖かな時間を共有できますこと、心より楽しみにしております。

都内で修行後、京都「monk」にて2年間
薪釜での料理や、風景を料理へ写し出す
今井義浩 氏の哲学を学ぶ。
在籍中に、「Kadeau Copenhagen 」で研修。Bornholmの伝統と土着性、美しさを表現する姿勢やその完成度に感銘を受ける。
2022年よりCopenhagenに拠点を移し noma へ。
部門シェフとして2025年1月まで在籍。
世界基準の創造性や革新、チームワーク、
“time and place”の哲学を実践を通じて深く学ぶ。

With deep respect for the “everyday beauty” that YAECA has cultivated over the years.And within the warm, poetic architecture shaped by the lineage ofJunzo Yoshimura and Yoshifumi Nakamura,I will host a one-day special dining experience at Ink Gallery in Kamakurayama.
Toward the end, we will quietly move into the tea room—a cherished space within this house—to experience its tranquil atmosphere and lingering sense of stillness.
As the winter cold deepens,I look forward to sharing a warm and gentle time with youin this remarkable place.
